Do you offer customer service in languages other than English?
Customer service is predominantly in English, however we do have representatives who can answer questions in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Slovak, Czech, Hindi and Arabic
Will I be charged tax on my purchases?
All products are displayed on the Vashi.com website inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. If you are ordering from outside the EU please select your delivery country when you checkout on the website and VAT will be automatically removed.
Will I be responsible for import duty?
There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union.
Shipments sent outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and admin charges which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
